FACILITIES
The house itself is well appointed. With a double master bedroom, twin bed guest bedroom and sleeping facilities in the living space, the property can sleep six people.
There is a bathroom upstairs, complete with bidet and marble tiling. Downstairs there is a shower room, again with marble tiling.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom boasts an excellent view over the valley, and is perfect for those relaxing or romantic evenings.
GUEST BEDROOM
The twin bedroom is situated to the rear of the property and comprises two single beds, again with a balcony.
LIVING SPACE
The living space is very spacious and looks out onto the wonderful Italian countryside. It is equipped with a flat screen television with DVD player and digital satellite receiver, and a comfortable sofa/fold-out bed. The ceiling is constructed in a traditional manner using beautiful rustic timber beams.
KITCHEN
The kitchen adjoins the living space. It is well appointed with washing machine, hob, grill, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
The upstairs bathroom is at the rear of the property with combination bath/shower, bidet and marble wall tiling.
DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER ROOM
The downstairs shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The same marble tiling as the upstairs bathroom is used.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is literally a stone’s throw away from the front door and is perfect for either relaxing after a long day sightseeing, or for that early morning pick-me-up. It is shared amongst the guests of the communal area and is open during the Summer.
FRONT PATIO / TERRACE
There is a front patio area, perfect for relaxing during summer evenings.
PARKING
There is on street parking to the rear of the property, or a canopied parking area.
HOUSE & COMMUNAL AREA
The house is situated in an excellent position within the small complex, with arguably one of the best views over the valley. Having both a front patio and back garden area, it is perfect for both family play areas and entertaining.
