ENQUIRIES, BOOKING  & PRICES

All booking enquiries should be made either via email or phone in the first instance.  If you have any specific requirements or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us – we will do our upmost to accommodate you.

The standard tariffs for the holiday let are as follows:

[ 1st December 2011 - 31st January 2012 ] : €300 per week | €40 per night with 4 night minimum stay

[ 1st February - 25th May 2012 ] : €350 per week | €50 per night with 4 night minimum stay

[ 26th May 2012 - 29th June 2012 ] : €480 per week | €70 per night with 5 night minimum stay

[ 30th June 2012 - 31st August 2012 ] : €590 per week | 1 week minimum stay

[ 1st September 2012 - 27th October 2012 ] : €350 per week | €50 per night with 4 night minimum stay

All prices include linen, towels, weekly cleaning and reasonable use of utilities (gas/electricity/water).  A 15% deposit is required to secure the booking; we also require our standard terms & conditions to be signed and returned before a booking is finalised.  Sorry, no animals other than guide dogs are accepted, and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
